THERE IS NEED FOR A PIPELINE

 Malawi needs a Pipeline

Zambia, a land locked country like Malawi, implemented Tazama petroleum pipeline in 1968. 1700KM long from Dar-Es-Salaam to Ndola City. They built a petroleum refinery in right there in Ndola and subsequently created more than 10,000 jobs for the Zambians. They have saved billions of US Dollars using this pipeline since 1968 and that is why their cities are bigger, their G.D.P is higher and things are better than they are  in Malawi.

The distance between Quelimane Port in Mozambique to Blantyre city is 306KM.

We could talk to Mozambique and construct a pipeline from this port to Blantyre. This would make Blantyre rise again. 10,000 new jobs could be directly created. The government could save a lot of money annually and Petrol wouldn’t be so expensive.

We have coal, now the University of Science and Technology, and no excuse not to do this.
The top business people and top politicians own trucks and tankers. They transport oil from Mozambique and benefit heavily at the expense of Malawians.
